Active & Wellness Hotel Subterra - Ostrov (Karlovy Vary)

Great location, friendly staff, nice spa amenities , convenient parking, good food.

Couldn't fault anything.

I loved the hotel facilities, including the sauna and hot tub, always clean and well-maintained. the hotel's location on the mountain was amazing. It was very easy to park my car in the lot, and I appreciated that there were plenty of towels in the spa area. The staff was also friendly and helpful with answering my questions.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel offered a good buffet breakfast with a variety of options. the location was close to some great hiking and skiing spots, and the sauna and hot tub were a nice way to relax. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Communication was a major issue as most of the staff spoke little to no English. This made it difficult to ask for recommendations for nearby restaurants or to order from the menu.

This hotel is in a picturesque place, close to some area restaurants on the mountain. the breakfast was good with a selection of food choices. the outdoor dining area was pleasant. the saunas and hot tub were nice facilities to enjoy.

The staff had poor communication skills and seemed unwilling to assist guests.

My stay during the New Year was fabulous! The spa tub and saunas were great to use, top-notch service from the front desk, and the food at the restaurant was incredible - I had the best steak ever! The hotel was conveniently located near local attractions and had plenty of parking. , I loved the cozy lounging area with plenty of towels in the spa area.

Communication was a little tricky as some staff did not speak English very well, and the Wi-Fi was only available in the common areas. , the carpet in the room was not as clean as I would have liked.
